- Acted as Administrators of a number of FCA regulated debt management business
- Acted as Special Administrators of a national stockbroker & wealth management firm following which we were engaged to assist a working party setup by HM Treasury to reform insolvency and regulatory legislation
- Restructuring of an SRA regulated national firm of personal injury lawyers via a CVA process
- Acted as Administrators of a number of MoJ regulated claims management companies, in particular Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) providers
- Acted as Administrators of the first and only volume IVA provider regulated by the IPA and ICAEW
- Acted as Administrators of an FCA regulated PayDay lender with in excess of 90,000 clients
- Acted as Administrators of an affiliate marketing business, with a household brand, following potential regulatory breaches of section 21 FSMA 2000
